1. Phospholipids: including natural phospholipids and synthetic phospholipids. The structural characteristics of phospholipids are a hydrophilic group composed of a phosphate group and a quaternary ammonium salt group, and a lipophilic group composed of two longer hydrocarbon groups. The natural phospholipids are mainly lecithin (phosphatidylcholine, PC), which are derived from egg yolk and soybean, and are neutral.

3. Ultrasonic dispersion method: It is mainly used for the preparation of single-chamber-based unicameral liposomes.

4. Reverse-phase evaporation method: Dissolve phospholipids in organic solvent, add drug-containing buffer, sonicate to stabilize w/o emulsion, remove organic solvent under reduced pressure to form a film on the wall of the spinner, add buffer to make the gel fall off , to obtain an aqueous suspension, and to remove unincorporated drugs by gel chromatography or ultracentrifugation to obtain large unilamellar liposomes.

5. Freeze-drying method: suitable for heat-sensitive drugs.
